Meet Your Guide

Lula teaches art and yoga both privately and publicly, creating welcoming spaces where all levels can relax, reconnect, and breathe. She earned her 200 hour certification at Bearfoot Yoga in 2013 and has taught large open classes, kids classes, and partner yoga.


Lula leads Art with Horses and Yoga with Horses at Equines for Healing, blending creativity, mindfulness, and the calming presence of horses. 


Hatha Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that uses breath, simple postures, and mindful pacing to calm the nervous system and build steady strength and flexibility. It is ideal for new students as well as experienced practitioners who want a grounding, stress-relieving class.

What to Expect

The horses are our quiet companions and teachers in this practice. We will not be riding them, but their presence will guide and support your journey. Each class blends mindful breathwork, gentle Hatha postures, and quiet time near the horses. You’ll move at an easy pace, reconnect to your body, and leave feeling centered.
